Our apartments are backed by our 100% Move-in Satisfaction Guarantee. It’s Simple! If you’re not completely satisfied with your apartment – you can move within the first 30 days of your lease without penalty. We understand that this is your home and we want to make 100% certain that you are totally happy. We will release you from your lease and you’ll only have to pay for the days you lived with us. It’s that simple.
We ask that you notify the Business Manager of the apartment community with the reason for your dissatisfaction with the apartment and your expected move-out date. The move-out date must be within the first 30 days from the date you are given your apartment keys.
You will only pay rent for the number of days you had legal possession of the apartment, as well as damage caused to the apartment beyond normal wear and tear. Rent includes the total monthly rent amount (base rent plus recurring month charges such as pet fees, parking, utilities, etc.). Although the community will retain the fees associated with the application and move-in process, it will refund the non-refundable pet fee. You may not apply any concessions toward your rent payment obligations under the Move-In Guarantee.
WHAT ABOUT THE MOVE-IN FEES AND DEPOSITS?
The security deposit will be refunded, less damages and concessions, after move out, in compliance with state requirements. The resident(s) will be charged if the apartment sustained any damages or received any concessions. In addition, the resident(s) will be responsible for rent, pet rent, garage rent, storage rent, utilities, and other extra fees for the days that apartment is occupied. The pet deposit will be refunded, less any damages, but the application fees, administrative fee, pet fees, and other miscellaneous fees are non-refundable.
WHY DO WE OFFER A SATISFACTION GUARANTEE?
TRG Management Company believes that our residents are the foundation of our company and we want to provide an excellent living experience for our residents. We take great pride in being able to provide a knowledgeable, friendly team to welcome residents to the community and make the move as seamless and enjoyable as possible. If we are unable to meet expectation of the resident(s), they may also transfer to a different apartment within the community or another TRG managed community pending availability. The transfer fee will be waived.
